Because every item is created specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for incorrect sizing, color choices, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, details of the issue, and clear photos so we can review and provide a solution.

Sizing & Order Details

Please review all size charts, product details, colors, and shipping information before completing your order.

Since every item is made after purchase, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for selecting the wrong size, color, or item.
