Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased through the COLDSTRT website (“Site”). By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Availability

COLDSTRT currently ships exclusively within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Fulfillment Time

All COLDSTRT products are made on demand. Each item is produced specifically for you once an order is placed.

  • Approximately 97% of orders are fulfilled and shipped within 5 business days

  • Roughly 50% of orders ship within 3 business days

  • Fulfillment may take up to 7 business days during high-volume periods, seasonal releases, or promotional events

Producing items on demand allows us to avoid mass production, reduce waste, and maintain consistent product quality.

3. Shipping Timeframes

Once fulfillment is complete, standard shipping typically takes 3–6 business days.

Please note:

  • Fulfillment time and shipping time are separate

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed

  • Carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control may impact delivery timing

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total order value before tax and discounts and are structured to reflect real carrier and handling costs based on item size, weight, and order quantity. We do not inflate shipping fees to subsidize product pricing or promotions.

Standard Shipping Rates (3–6 business days):

  • $0.00 – $29.99: $5.99

  • $30.00 – $59.99: $8.49

  • $60.00 – $119.99: $11.49

  • $120.00 – $149.99: $14.99
  • $150.00+: Free

Shipping rates and thresholds are designed to align with actual fulfillment and carrier costs. COLDSTRT reserves the right to adjust shipping rates or thresholds at any time without prior notice.

5. Decals & Stickers

Decals and stickers are processed and shipped separately from apparel and accessories.

  • Shipped in a flat USPS envelope

  • May not include tracking

  • Arrival times may differ from the rest of your order

6. Multiple Shipments

Orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on item type, production location, or fulfillment timing.

7. Tracking Information

  • Most apparel and accessory orders include tracking once dispatched

  • Decal and sticker shipments may not include tracking depending on USPS handling
